Pricing questions

Never before you approve the quote. After your items are picked up, we count and inspect everything and send you an itemised quote in the app. You tap Approve, and only then do we charge your card.
You can remove any item from the quote before approving. You're never locked in. We'll return unprocessed items with your next delivery.
No. The price you see on the quote is the price you pay. Pickup and delivery is $10 flat per order, or free with a membership plan (coming soon).
We don't formally price-match, but we're confident our pricing is fair for the quality we deliver. If you think something's off, contact us and we'll talk it through.
